Friday after school!

Okay, so as promised this is the frist day of blogging pictures of my weekend, mostly pictures of my smallest cousins! (since the game didn't go as I'd hoped, but you'll get those pictures too, we'll just go in order!) I never manage to get the pictures in order, no matter how hard I try they always come out wrong. Dang it! Oh well, I'll explain as we go!!

When I first got to FTW we met my Aunt and started the picking up the kiddos. Charlie was not so sure he wanted to be my friend, but he loves Kuddles and he knows the only way to her is through me. So, he put up with me. Olivia and Jack both got in the car saying "where is ASHLEE" I was sitting in the very back of the car, so they couldn't see me!

Charlie and I in the car! Not so sure he wants to smile.

Olivia and I in the car. All the pictures we took at first she was doing this with her hands, after the picture was over she would say "TEXAS LONE STAR!!" Obviously she is being brain washed!

This is a picture of the BEVO BASH in Marrietta, OK where we at Bevo Burgers before heading the rest of the way to the big D. (it's out of order)
This is where Kuddles spent most of the ride down there. Silly dog!

This is the only picture of Jack in the car, after we got him from school, maybe it's those teenage years? Where kids disappear from all pics?
In between getting Liv from school and getting Jack we stopped at Central Market, My favorite!! The kids got balloons and of course needed to pose with them!
Charlie with his balloon. Maybe he'll smile!
In the car, taking pictures!
Silly girl. Thumbs up instead of a texas star!
Okay, not the best picture of me, but you can see Charlie and I are becoming friends! (I'm not afraid to tell you I bribed him with candy) And you can see his sweet dimples!!
Look for more pictures tomorrow! And the rest of the week!

Jeremy

Two years ago today one of my favorite friends passed away, he fought a hard battle with cancer, and was ready to move on. I can't tell you how much I miss him or how often I think of him, lately I've been wishing I could chat with him more than ever. It's sad how we take people for granted and assume they will always be there. Be it there is something you want to tell them, something you're looking forward to doing with them or they are you backup. :) Even with all of the football and cousin stuff going on around here this weekend, I won't forget you Jeremy, now or ever. I miss you a ton!

football

Today I watched football! Boomer Sooner! We won 49-17 not too bad, I'll take it!

I also got to talk to Christie and Abdul during the game (we were ahead by enough and they were far enough away that I interrupted football (even muted it) to talk to them).

My eye is on fire and I'm hoping I don't have an infection, just to make sure I think I'll sport my glasses for the next couple of days. boo. i hate glasses! don't laugh if you see me!

Yesterday I did all my laundry. I hate laundry, because it's never all done, there is always more to do!

That's all I have for today!

Last month I lost 6.6 pounds, that is the same as...

9 Large Avacados
This many strawberries
Or this bike.
So, I think that's pretty good. I don't talk too much about my weight loss very often, but I'm getting to a point where I really need to be held accountable on a different level. So, there it is last months results. Stay tuned for next months!

shoes.

Yesterday I had a mission, to buy new running shoes. I'm not much of a runner, but someday I will be. It's my goal you know, to enjoy running. I'm far from there, but obviously new shoes are needed to complete my goal. So, I found a pair that I loved right across the street from work, but one of them was slipping a little on my heel. So, I asked if I could bring them back if after I wear them around the house they are in fact too big. She said sure no problem and I went to go check out. The check-out girl looked to make sure they were the same size, and they were not (hints the sliding) they didn't have another size 8 so I had to leave without new shoes so sad! But, there was another of the same store closer to my house so I figured I'd check them out and see if they had my beloved shoes, they didn't. I went home went online and tracked them down. I drove 30 minutes (please note that I left work a little after 4:00 and did not return the final time until 7:45, this was almost a 4hr hunt for shoes) to pick them up...and here they are in all their glory. My new shoes, they're gonna make me a runner!

They aren't the best pictures...but I was gonna be late for work this morning and my camera battery died!
