i was trying to explain the concept of webkins to michael a few weeks ago and i used the metaphor of a tamagotchi to help him understand. he, apparently, didn't have one as a child so he was just more confused by my explanation. but it made me happy to think about those little egg keychains. glad i'm not the only one. plus, i really think i would excel so much more at tamagotchi now than i did in middle school.
